Here’s how to order your dream chicken coop and ensure a smooth experience:

1. Select and Pay for Your Model
   Choose one of the available models in our store and complete your purchase.

2. Complete the New Customer Questionnaire
   After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email thanking you for your purchase and requesting you to fill out the New Customer Questionnaire. If you don’t receive the email, you can access the questionnaire directly here: New Customer Questionnaire.

3. Order Confirmation and Timeline
   Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in full. The current build timeline averages 3 weeks from the date of confirmation. If you need expedited service, please contact us via Facebook or email. Our team will send a confirmation email with your delivery date. If you need to reschedule, simply reply to that email for assistance.

4. Site Access Confirmation
   Before we begin building, we’ll email you to confirm access to the site. The coop construction typically takes 1-2 days.

5. Ground Preparation Reminder
   Please ensure your ground is level before the build. A small grade (less than 1/2 foot over a 10-foot span) is acceptable. If additional grading is required, we charge $85/hour for leveling work.

6. Enjoy Your Coop!
   Once your coop is complete, it’s time to enjoy it! If you encounter any issues or have additional requests, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to make your experience magical and ensure your satisfaction.
