Return & Exchange Policy
At Dream Chicken Coop, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-built chicken coops to our customers. Because each coop is made to order and tailored to your needs, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-built chicken coops.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or, in rare cases, a full replacement if the error is on our end.
Please note:
Minor variations in color or natural wood grain are normal and not considered defects.
All coops are covered by our 6-month warranty for structural or workmanship issues (see warranty details for specifics).
Return or exchange requests due to change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or after the 7-day notification period cannot be accommodated.
